JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with daily operational tasks, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, managing the department calendar, and maintaining marketing files/folders.
Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of various marketing activities, including social media posts, promotional emails, and website updates. Ensure all materials are prepared and distributed on time.
Content Assistance: Draft basic copy for social media, internal newsletters, or presentations. Help source and curate visual assets (photos, videos, graphics) for marketing use.
Market Monitoring: Keep a regular watch on industry news, competitor activity, and social media mentions. Compile quick summaries or reports to keep the team informed.
Event & Promotion Support: Assist in the logistics of events, product launches, and seasonal activations (e.g., managing guest lists, organizing POSM materials, and liaising with venue staff).
Reporting: Assist in tracking basic marketing metrics (likes, clicks, sign-ups) and compile them into simple weekly or monthly status reports.
Cross-Department Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to ensure marketing assets are shared and updated as needed.
Vendor Communication: Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., printing houses, courier services, freelance creators) to ensure timely delivery of project components.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an office or marketing environment (fresh graduates are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Social Media Business Suites).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
