JOB DESCRIPTION: Copywriter (E-commerce & Digital)
Job Responsibilities
Creative Content Development: Write compelling, high-converting copy across multiple digital channels, including E-commerce product descriptions, social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ad scripts, email newsletters, and website banners.
Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure all written content strictly adheres to the brand’s tone of voice, guidelines, and core messaging strategies across different platforms.
Conversion-Driven Copy: Utilize copywriting frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS) to create persuasive content that turns browsers into buyers, specifically focusing on benefit-driven descriptions for product pages.
SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords into web content and product titles to improve organic search visibility and rankings on E-commerce marketplaces and search engines.
Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Designers, Marketing Specialists, and E-commerce Managers to develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, brand launches) and promotional banners.
Trend Adaptation: Monitor social media trends, viral slang, and consumer behavior to create timely, relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
Performance Analysis: Review content performance (engagement rates, CTR, conversion rates) and iterate on copy based on data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign results.
Proofreading & Editing: Ensure absolute accuracy in grammar, spelling, and consistency in terminology across all published materials.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or digital marketing (portfolio showcasing E-commerce or social media work is highly preferred).
Technical Skills:
Expertise in creative writing and persuasive copywriting.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword integration.
Proficiency in project management and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Creative Mindset: Ability to generate fresh, original ideas under tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to shift tone and style quickly to suit different platforms (e.g., professional for email, casual for TikTok, persuasive for ads).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control and brand consistency.
