JOB DESCRIPTION: Supermarket Delivery Associate
Job Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Receive and verify customer orders accurately, ensuring all items are picked and packed according to the order list.
Product Handling: Handle all products with care, especially fresh and frozen goods, to ensure they remain in good condition during transport.
Delivery Execution: Deliver orders to customers' locations in a timely, safe, and efficient manner following the assigned routes.
Customer Interaction: Provide professional and friendly service upon delivery; verify the customer's identity and ensure they are satisfied with the order.
Payment Collection: Collect payments (cash or digital) accurately and provide necessary documentation (receipts/invoices).
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular checks on the delivery vehicle (motorbike/bicycle) to ensure it is in good working order.
Reporting: Promptly report any issues (delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints) to the shift supervisor.
Job Requirements
License: A valid driver's license (for motorbikes) and a clean driving record.
Vehicle: Must have your own reliable motorbike.
Navigation: Familiar with local streets and proficient in using map applications (e.g., Google Maps) for navigation.
Attitude: Honest, hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Physical Fitness: Able to handle active work and occasional heavy lifting.
